Such Content will become the property of Dietplus Healthcare throughout the universe. Dietplus Healthcare shall be entitled to, consistent with our Privacy Policy, use the Content or any of its elements for any type of use forever, including but not limited to promotional and advertising purposes and in any media whether now known or hereafter devised, including the creation of derivative works that may include Content you provide. BY USING THE SERVICES OF DIETPLUS HEALTHCARE, NO CONTRACTUAL OR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BETWEEN THE SITE USER AND THE WEBSITE.
DIETPLUS HEALTHCARE MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO VALIDATE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE MEDICAL CONSULTANTS & PROFESSIONAL, AS WE ASPIRE TO BECOME A SINGLE SOURCE OF QUALITY DIET AND NUTRITION INFORMATION TO SOURCE NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE. NEVERTHLESS, WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES, REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOVERE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERTISE, QUALITY OF WORK OR OTHER INFORMATION HEREIN. FURTHER WE DO NOT IN ANY WAY ENDORSE ANY INDIVIDUAL DESCRIBED HEREIN. We cannot guarantee the availability of any healthcare provider at any particular time. We will not be liable for cancelled, delayed or otherwise unfulfilled appointments or any injury resulting there from, or for any other injury resulting from the use of the Site or Services whatsoever.
You are strongly advised to perform your own investigation prior to selecting our services including verification of listed credentials and education.
There is no fee payable to access the Services as a Guest or website visitor. However, we will charge for the usual consultation and medical services rendered. Dietplus Healthcare has no control or concern with the fees and costs charged by its healthcare professional listed by the site or informed by the call centre team. The charges incurred for any medical services rendered by collaborating healthcare professional profiled on the Site will apply and will be entirely your responsibility.
In addition, Dietplus Healthcare has all the rights to levy any penalties for non-standard behaviour including consistent ‘No-Shows’. In any case, Dietplus Healthcare will warn the user for any such impending penalties. This is done to discourage and/or stop any person and/or entity jeopardising the true intent of our service.
Dietplus healthcare may charge healthcare providers or consultants for the use of our service, support and functionality. Dietplus Healthcare charges healthcare providers or consultants only in lieu of the services provided and do not charge any commissions or percentages for generating any new business. Though listing on Dietplus Healthcare may increase the exposure and accessibility of a healthcare provider, we are not an advertising portal where businesses are listed on a priority driven by the fees paid. Our search and sort functionality is purely driven by the user entered information and the built-in algorithm. WE DO NOT IN ANY WAY ENDORSE ANY INDIVIDUAL DESCRIBED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION.
We reserve the right to alter subscriptions and services, packages at any time. If we alter the price of a package that you are already paying for, we will provide notice of the change to you and you will have the option to cancel your membership if you do not agree with the new price being offered to you.

In the event that you disagree with any charge made to your account, you agree to contact us with a view to resolving the dispute prior to making a formal notification to your credit card company. You must contact us by email, stating your reasons for dispute of the charge. This will enable us to accurately and promptly assess your complaint and, where justified, credit your card with the disputed amount in a timely manner to avoid any further inconvenience to you.
(3) Refund Policy – Our site operates a no-refund policy. This is clearly stated in our "Website Terms Of Use" which you are required to agree before making any payments. However, if you do payment in any manner, you will lose your cancellation right.

- - is defamatory, inaccurate, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, harms minors in any way (a minor being a person aged under 18) or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;
- - is deliberately misleading or fraudulent;

You understand that we are unable to guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided to you by, and that we are unable to confirm that any member is who he or she claims to be.
(A) To maintain and run services as per agreed delivery timelines we do outsource work to appointed third-party consultants, dieticians, healthcare professionals. User data can be shared with our appointed consultants without any prior notice, while processes will be in place to protect user data there is risk on internet of data breaches and online data theft, we should NOT be liable for any such events whatsoever which may lead to any health, monetary, personal identity or data losses.
(B)By using the site and our services you are providing consent to us for collecting data (both personal and medical). We are not liable for any data breaches due to any online thefts, phishing, malware or virus attacks. While we do protect our systems and database, we are not an IT services provider. We work with third party hosting partners and follow best protocols, but we will not be liable for any online loss of user’s data and should NOT be liable in whatsoever for any monetary or personal identity losses by the user.
(C)By using the site and our services you are providing consent to us for collecting data (both personal and medical). While we don’t have any intention to share personal or medical data of any user to a third party, for providing better experience and personalized promotional content we may share user data with third party partners without any prior notice. We should not be responsible for any of our third-party partners data privacy processes, norms and security protocols. We will not be liable for any online loss of user’s data and should NOT be liable in whatsoever for any monetary or personal identity losses by the user in any such events.
(D)You acknowledge that we have no liability in respect of your health and all related areas. We do not conduct any medical background checks on any member and you should exercise caution. Our services are purely informative, consulting and advisory in nature and we make no guarantees or warranties and commitments either express or implied, regarding members / users health conditions. You further understand that you can verify our advice / tips on diet and nutrition with other related healthcare and medical professionals and bodies before implementing them.
(9) Information about you and your use of the services - We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. You are responsible for reviewing the terms of the privacy policy. By continuing to use the Services you are confirming that you accept the terms of the privacy policy, as may be amended from time to time, and you are responsible for regularly reviewing the privacy policy for any changes that we reserve the right to make.
(10) Cancelling Your Membership And Customer Complaint Handling - These terms of use will become effective from the point at which you are a site visitor or registered as a Paid Member, and will remain in full force and effect unless and until they are terminated.
Your subscription can (if activated) be automatically extended for successive renewal period of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then current non-promotional subscription rate in accordance with the automatic renewal billing process explained in these terms.
Please note that you must terminate your subscription prior to the end of the subscription period for which you have paid to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. To change or terminate your subscription at any time, please send us an email for subscription cancellation.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to any of the Services, without notice, for any reason. We also reserve the right to remove your account information or data from our Services and any other records at any time at our sole discretion.
If your access to any of the Services is suspended due to any suspected (in our opinion acting reasonably) or actual breach of these terms of use, you agree that all fees paid to us are final and all outstanding or pending payments will immediately be due. Following any termination of your use of the Services, we reserve the right to send a notice explaining such termination to other members you have contacted through the Services.

When emailing, please email from your registered id and you must include your profile information (screenname and email address) in order that we can verify that you are in fact the account holder authorised to amend the account. Please be aware that any notice of intention to cancel shall take effect upon receipt by us.

We disclaim liability for, and no warranty, representation, condition or other term is made with respect to, the connectivity and availability of the Services.
